We created a new brand story that put Palladium Insurance’s core truth at the forefront: a personal touch. Thus, the new slogan of “Bringing Personal to Insurance” was born. This new slogan, along with a new character design as the face of the brand, meant a newly added human touch to the brand that evoked approachability and trust.
