Caivan builds exceptional homes: thoughtfully designed, well-appointed, crafted with quality and options to suit every taste and budget. But they’re up against a competitive market, where buyers have trouble distinguishing builders — or assume they’re all the same. Homebuying is a significant financial and emotional decision, so Caivan needed to connect with potential buyers in a more meaningful way: one that went beyond the typical CGI-rendered mockup with price tag combo that pervades real estate.
Solution
Caivan was already building momentum with a distinctive illustrative style, featured on their website and marketing materials. These illustrations are charming and 50s-inspired — evoking nostalgia. We created a campaign that used these illustrations to tell a warm, lived-in story, so prospective buyers could imagine their life in a Caivan home. Using a children’s book-inspired narrative and “Your Next Chapter” as the campaign tagline, we highlighted Caivan’s ability to deliver not just houses, but homes that foster meaningful and memorable life moments.
