Residential apartments and condos are plentiful — both new builds and existing stock cater to virtually any budget. But while all provide the essentials of shelter and a place to sleep, few provide a complete neighbourhood with a range of amenities from pools to parks and function rooms. Accora Village stands out by providing this. With easy access to major retail centres, schools and medical, and transport links, residents feel at home — and a real sense of community.

Solution

It’s clear that Accora Village is more than just a place to live. Our challenge was to capture and communicate this unique sense of community and lifestyle, and so we developed the campaign proposition to show that Accora Village is where life works perfectly. And who’s better to tell this story than the residents themselves? Over several days, we filmed testimonials from the people who live there, and then brought their stories to life with an integrated ad campaign: digital and traditional media, radio ads and assets for paid and organic socials.

Result

The final campaign included: a radio radio, a TV commercial, digital ads for socials and other channels and outdoor ads, including a billboard, bus shelter and magazine ad. We believe the most powerful stories come from real people. That’s why our in-house content team took a thoughtful, low-pressure approach — cutting through the noise by capturing honest, unscripted content and shaping it into stories that actually connect. The result is storytelling that’s both crafted and real, standing apart in a world of stock images and forced smiles.
