Xactly·Χ is led by Blair Burchill, a brand and advertising strategist with over 25 years of experience. Blair’s resume reads like a who’s who of top global marketing agencies, including Y&R, Ogilvy, C&P, Havas, St. Luke’s London and others.

Blair has managed successful campaigns for B2C, B2B, associations, and public utilities in Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. He holds a BBA from the Queensland University of Technology and an MBA from Carleton University.
