The person we’re looking for has:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional client management skills
  • Proven marketing experience
  • Comfort working in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, bringing innovative client solutions to the table
  • Experience working within the Google Business Workspace
  • Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills are an asset

What You’ll Be Doing

Work as a primary liaison between Xactly and some of our key clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. This includes:

  • Monitoring ongoing activities related to clients on a day-to-day basis
  • Weekly management of client meetings and leading presentations
  • Managing, reviewing, and guiding creative projects for client accounts with a primary focus on brand and marketing strategy across multiple channels
  • Establishing connections with new clients and nurturing relationships with existing ones
  • Continuously assessing client needs and presenting new opportunities as they arise
  • Overseeing advertising campaign roll out
  • Overseeing the website development process
  • Contributing to business growth by collaborating on proposals and pitches for current and new clients

Qualifications

We’d love to talk to you if you have:

  • A positive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Minimum of 5 years of account management experience
  • A portfolio of past client relationships you’re comfortable sharing with us
  • Marketing experience
  • Post-secondary education or relevant industry experience
  • Agency experience is an asset
  • Bilingualism is an asset
  • Confidence and comfort in your own skin, whether you’re presenting, nurturing client relationships or getting to know your team!
