The person we’re looking for has:
- Excellent people and communication skills (in-person, email and virtual meetings)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams
- Exceptional client management skills
- Proven marketing experience
- Comfort working in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
- Ability to think critically and strategically, bringing innovative client solutions to the table
- Experience working within the Google Business Workspace
- Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills are an asset
What You’ll Be Doing
Work as a primary liaison between Xactly and some of our key clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. This includes:
- Monitoring ongoing activities related to clients on a day-to-day basis
- Weekly management of client meetings and leading presentations
- Managing, reviewing, and guiding creative projects for client accounts with a primary focus on brand and marketing strategy across multiple channels
- Establishing connections with new clients and nurturing relationships with existing ones
- Continuously assessing client needs and presenting new opportunities as they arise
- Overseeing advertising campaign roll out
- Overseeing the website development process
- Contributing to business growth by collaborating on proposals and pitches for current and new clients
Qualifications
We’d love to talk to you if you have:
- A positive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Minimum of 5 years of account management experience
- A portfolio of past client relationships you’re comfortable sharing with us
- Marketing experience
- Post-secondary education or relevant industry experience
- Agency experience is an asset
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Confidence and comfort in your own skin, whether you’re presenting, nurturing client relationships or getting to know your team!
